Atlastra
Privacy Choices
How to control analytics, request an export, correct data, or delete Atlastra data.
Product analytics
Product analytics is on by default for eligible users. Turn it off at any time in Settings. Opting out stops subsequent product events and clears the local analytics queue and identifier where supported; it does not disable security, billing-reconciliation, or content-free operational records needed to run the service.
Analytics events exclude birth data, coordinates, city names, Journal text, AI questions, report content, e-mail addresses, and names. Previously retained events remain covered by export and deletion rights.
Export your data
Use Settings → Privacy → Export data. A linked account uses a fresh step-up check. An anonymous profile uses the management capability stored on that device. The request returns a private status and never a public object-storage URL.
The export completes as a whole or reports failure. A ready encrypted ZIP is available for seven days and then erased. Atlastra completes privacy requests within 30 days.
Delete your data
Use Settings → Privacy → Delete Atlastra data. The app shows a separate irreversible confirmation. Deletion freezes new product access while it removes or cryptographically erases active account/profile data and propagates requests to every active processor that received subject data.
Download report PDFs first. Deleting Atlastra data does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel it in the store if you do not want renewal. The Privacy Policy lists the small purpose-limited records that may remain for fixed periods.
Correct birth details and other data
Use the birth-details control in Settings. A corrected date, time, place, or time-zone choice creates a new immutable calculation input and recomputes derived results. Atlastra never silently clamps a date, guesses a city, or shifts a nonexistent civil time.
For another correction request, write to support@ankervik.com without including birth data in the e-mail.
Birth-data permission
Birth data is sent only after the separate affirmative permission in the birth-details flow. If you decline, no calculation profile is created. Once a profile has been processed, withdrawal is handled through deletion because Atlastra cannot retain a functional birth-derived profile while treating its source as withdrawn.
Journal context, location, and notifications
Journal entries are not sent to an AI provider automatically. If AI features are enabled, only an excerpt you explicitly select for one question is sent, and you may remove it before submitting. The excerpt is not stored in conversation history.
Foreground location and notifications are optional. Declining location leaves manual city selection available. Change system permissions in device settings; disabling push does not remove in-app content.
Contact us
For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or another privacy question, contact support@ankervik.com. Do not send birth details, Journal text, report content, passwords, or tokens by e-mail. Requests outside a signed-in session are confirmed against a verified recovery path.
